Return Policy

Returns, Exchange and Refund:

As part of our commitment to customer service, our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, we cannot offer you return/exchange, if 30 days have gone by.

Our 30-days policy is applicable for all of our products. Once the product has been used, we regret to inform that no replacement, refund or exchange will be offered.

Exchange & Refund:

Purchased products can be returned or exchanged or applied for refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that requests placed beyond 30 days from the date of delivery will be declined.

Shipping costs:

For customer remorse – Shipping charges ₹400 will be deducted for refund, or collected to send exchanged product.

For defective product –  Free of cost. We will arrange return shipment by sending you a label to apply on the package.

You will be notified and refund will be completed within 2 to 7 business days. You can contact us if refund is not received within maximum 15 business days.


Upon receipt and inspection of the return order, we will process the refund payment within 2-7 business days, and proof of payment will be sent to you.

Note: Products for return must be completely plastic seal laminated, unworn, free from scratches, dents, damages, unwashed and tidy with all labels and original packing as delivered. For a smooth transaction, kindly record a single unboxing video of the package from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.

Cancellation of order:

We provide a full refund if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as it has not been shipped.

Cancellation for order that are shipped is NOT possible. You can request return once you receive the package.

Cancelled orders are refunded within 2 to 7 business days. Your bank may require more time to process credit. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 15 business days (maximum).
