Refund and Returns Policy

At Meraki India, we ensure every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. To maintain our high standards, we kindly request customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and not accept any package with a broken seal.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wrong Size or Change of Preference: Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the customer selects an incorrect size or dislikes the product after delivery.
  • Kurta Sets, Sherwanis, Waistcoats, Suits, Gift Vouchers & Free Items: These are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

  • Unused & Unwashed: Products must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and original packaging.
  • Original Invoice Required: Returns without the invoice or with damaged tags will not be accepted.
  • 7-Day Return Window: Eligible items (excluding non-returnable products) may be returned within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund as a credit note.

Incorrect or Unavailable Items

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If we dispatch an incorrect size/design, notify us within 24 hours via email (merakifashionculture@gmail.com) with photos of the product and invoice.
    • Approved returns will qualify for an exchange (for size issues only).
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If your ordered product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Quality Check & Return Approval

All returns undergo a mandatory inspection. Only products meeting these criteria will be accepted:
✅ Unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging.
✅ Returned within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Original invoice included.
❌ Non-returnable items excluded.

If a return fails inspection, the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense with no refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted against future purchases.
